Oooooh my, I had a BIG birthday yesterday and I’m still reeling. I’m smiling as I type …as that is just a wee tad of an exaggeration. I thought I’d start this next decade with a little injection of drama, see how it feels and perhaps, I’ll carry it all the way through to the next.
Yesterday, my day was filled with a lot of pondering predominantly…where did the time go? Followed by…I don’t know. And then, wow! I can’t believe it. The not knowing where all the time went seemed kind of lame to me given that I know I’ve done some cool things during my life and, I have fantastic family and friends. Perhaps, I should really think about it...
How To Turn 50
My guy gave me a great card and I decided to carve out some time and actually do what the card suggested. Armed with a notebook and purple pen I answered the following:
Although I still can't believe it, can I just say...I'm thankful I took the time to pause and answer these 4 questions. It provided me with flashbacks of some lovely memories and reminded me of how many people and experiences I have to be grateful for. For my main person who is not a fan of drama, not to worry…I’ve tried it on and I’m opting for a drama free decade filled with gratitude and adventure. Thanks for the great card!
